Caesarian experienced pain repeatedly as well as the pain felt by his parents. His parents want their child to be happy and victorious like an emperor, as the name implies, but they are powerless when facing the infection's attack. Initially, Caesarian experienced hypoalbuminemia, a condition when albumin levels in the blood were below normal. This condition usually occurs in someone with a severe or long-standing (chronic) disease. One of the most common diseases that cause hypoalbuminemia is an inflammatory disease. Caesarian had been hospitalized for almost a month because of Toxocariasis. Toxocariasis is an infection transmitted from animals to humans (zoonoses) caused by parasitic roundworms commonly found in dog intestines (Toxocara canis) and cats (T. cati). Caesarian was already treated, but it turned out he was still experiencing recurrent hypoalbuminemia.
Previously, this child who will soon become a teenager had also experienced serious conditions which are pleural effusion, pericardial effusion and ascites. After further examination, it turns out that Caesarian suffered from ulcerative colitis post parasitic infection. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammation that occurs in the large intestine (colon) and rectum. In this disease, there are ulcers or sores on the walls of the large intestine, causing feces to mix with blood. Moreover, Caesarian has gasoesophageal reflux (GERD) which is quite disturbing in his daily life. GERD, or commonly known as gastric acid, is a condition in which stomach acid flows along the esophagus or cage (the channel that connects the mouth to the stomach), which can cause burning in the chest or other symptoms.
Recently, the boy who has just been in high school needs to pay for laboratory tests that must be sent to Germany. The cost is certainly not cheap, which is a dozen million rupiah. Caesarian's parents work as laborers whose income is only enough for their daily needs. Caesarian's Father and Mother hope there is a way so that they can fulfill the medical needs of their beloved child.
