Hope there is a miracle, as the name implies, Miracle. Miracle is the fifth child of 6 siblings. The child who comes from a modest family experienced repeated vomiting since birth. Her body was limp and her skin looked darkened. Miracle was diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (HAK). Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (HAK) is a series of genetic disorders that affect the work of the adrenal glands. The adrenal gland is a gland located above the kidney. Miracle's four siblings also suffered from the disease, even one of her older siblings had died due to an adrenal crisis.
Miracle gets therapy using hormone replacement drugs. She should routinely control every month to the hospital for monitoring, but it is often postponed due to transportation costs and the unavailability of her parents who also have to take care of the other 5 children. Miracle food intake is also lacking due to economic problems. Her father's income as an online motorcycle taxi driver is uncertain and the many other family members' needs caused her to take insufficient nutrition. Miracle also experienced developmental delays due to the nutrition insufficiency and lack of stimulation.
This poor 1 year old toddler needs help to buy medicines that she should take regularly. These medicines must be purchased outside the hospital and not included in the national formulary. Because of the detrimental nutritional status, Miracle also needs nutrition-enhancing milk. In addition, she also needs help to pay the transportation costs to the hospital so that she can control regularly.
Let's help lighten the Miracle's burden!
